It depends on where you are. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day for all orders placed before midday. Orders processed in the UK will take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your chosen shipping option. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-14 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please allow extra time for launch products and sales as we tend to be swamped.

Yes, unfortunately lovely. Our shipping is based on working days and UK public holidays can delay shipping. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you’re ordering during a holiday period.
Unfortunately, we can’t boo. International orders may be subject to duties, customs, import taxes or any other charges which cannot be refunded by Neon Moon Ltd. and are solely your responsibility darling.
All Neon Moon orders are delivered in discreet packaging. Perfect for a work delivery.
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, and local courier partners for overseas. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our underwear, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
We are able to accept unworn items, with swing tags still attached, returned with all packaging babe, within 14 days of you receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns on worn items, knickers, menstrual cups or gift cards at this time.
Products are your responsibility until the items have been returned to Neon Moon Ltd. Please ensure you have packaged up your returns to ensure no damage or loss occurs on its way back to us.
Shipping costs for refunds are your responsibility and are non-refundable, so please ensure tracking/signature is applied and keep hold of your proof of postage.
Once your refund item is inspected and approved, then a full refund excluding shipping will be given on the received order.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
You can start your return here. We will then confirm your return and supply you with the returns address and returns code to put on the front of your package. If you're overseas please state "UK RETURNED GOODS" at the very top of the returns address.
We cannot offer refunds on knickers, menstrual cups, gift cards or worn items.

Hey babe. We used to stock up to a UK size 22 but unfortunately had to cut back our sizes due to financial restraints. We're planning on expanding our size range again as soon as possible!
All underwear should be hand-washed especially if they have the metal logo attached, but we all know slaying and generally being badass doesn’t always leave time for hand washing. We also recommend washing your lingerie in a lingerie wash bag on a lower temperature.
All Neon Moon products are currently only available through this site.
We use two factories - one in Great Britain and one in China. All British made products are sourced from England and the Chinese factory manufactures their own. We make meticulous checks at both factories to ensure that high standards of quality and safety are maintained. Both factories have all the correct OEKO-TEX certificates. They also are as mindful of waste and the impact it has on the environment as we are.
We only use the best quality fabrics that have been sourced sustainably.
OEKO -TEX an independent product label for all types of textiles tested for harmful substances. This means that all Neon Moon products are 100% safe for you to wear. You can read more about it here.
